"We had Diego from Sonoma Tech Solutions add a Ubiquiti wireless access point to my network that involved outdoor wiring, plus the addition of a PoE switch. He was very responsive, always clear in his communications, and really a pleasure to work with. He was able to get our project done quickly and efficiently, and we could not be happier with the result. All of that, and his pricing was excellent - significantly less than another quote that we had gotten from a more established and higher-end firm that we had worked with in the past. To be honest, we took a bit of a chance with Sonoma Tech Solutions as it is a new business and there were only a few reviews when we made the call. What made the difference for us was his earnest and transparent website that explained his background, skills, and story. Diego is 100% legit, and we would encourage anyone with an IT project to work with him as he builds his business from the ground up!"

"Literally responded immediately and was at my house within 30 minutes. Troubleshooted and fixed my wifi network by consolidating two routers into one fast access point. I've already recommended him to three friends. Nice to know I have a reliable IT guy for future projects and/or issues. Thanks Diego!"

"Diego is excellent…very impressive. I was having issues with my computer and when I saw positive reviews for Sonoma tech I contacted him. He works hard and has a lot of clients, but he made time for me, came to my home and it seemed like he fixed the issue. The next day, I was still having problems with it so I contacted him again. He was working around the clock with some pretty big clients, but he returned back to my home— he lives in another city—on a holiday weekend and resolved the problem for good. He also gave me some good tips to help me in the future. He is an exceptional tech guy… if & when I have issues in the future, I know exactly who to call now."

"Diego responded extremely fast, was able to come out the next day, was on time and didn't try to upsell me more equipment. His fee was very reasonable and I'll definitely use him again when needed."

"Diego did an amazing job. He helped me figure out how I needed to setup my network and remained in constant communication with me as I wasn't onsite at the time. He ran into some roadblocks with the internet configuration but he didn't stop until everything was up and running correctly. He was very clear and answered my many questions. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a honest and knowledgeable tech guy."
